One small team reads everything, usually within a few working days. Not on Mondays, obviously. Emails go to the people, not to me. I'd only print them.
What to write to us about
- Feedback and ideas. A joke that landed, one that didn't, a task you'd like on the wheel, a workplace we've missed.
- Bugs. Tell us what you did, what happened, and your phone or browser. A screenshot helps.
- Something that shouldn't be here. If any content is unkind, inaccurate or crosses a line, tell us and we'll look at it quickly.
- Privacy requests. To ask what we hold or to have something deleted. See the privacy policy first; for most people the answer is "nothing".
- Press and partnerships. Happy to talk.
What we can't help with
We can't give financial, pension, medical or legal advice, and we can't write you a real sick note. For your pension, your government's pension service or a regulated adviser can help. If you're unwell, a doctor or pharmacist can.
P.S. I've printed "per my last email" forty thousand times. You'll never get it from us.
